No hot water from upstairs taps

Can anyone help please
2 weeks ago the hot water tap on the bathroom basin stopped working (cold tap is fine)
a week later the hot tap on bath started to trickle and has now completely stopped working (cold tap is fine)
The electric shower works fine (hot and cold)
All downstairs taps are working fine
Any ideas?
