I have ideal boiler. The problem is I have no hot water at all. In two days ago, it was Ok but in a strange way. If you switch the boiler to MAX then you'll get hot water. And another strange thing is if you switch the Hotwater side ON, then the heating are on even if the CH side is OFF. Now there is no hot water at all whether the heating is on or Heater switch in the cupboard is on. Please help anyone. Thanks

You havn't mentioned if this boiler is a combi or not. Sounds to me as if it is either your 2/3 port valve or your diverter valve (depending on type of system installed)....more info would be good tho
