Good morning all,

Bare with me as this is my first post. In the last week we've been running our Gledhill boliermate A-class by it's emergency switch function as the Gloworm micron in the garage was showing a fan/aps fault ( according to the led flashing sequence). Last night whilst in the garage I noticed a funny smell and that the gloworm had no electricity to it and there were signs if condensation build up around it. We definitely had heating last night, although I never physically checked the gledhill. However when we woke this morning the house is freezing and there is no hot water. The Gledhill has no power to it, yet the main fuse isn't showing tripped. Any ideas?

I think its beyond replacing fuses! There should be a 3A fuse in a fused spur near the boiler.

If a fuse blows its because there has been an overload and that has to be investigated.

Thermals and fan heater!

Tony
