No hot water

Hi, newbie here
We have recently moved into a mobile home and the hot water and heating is via a combi boiler run on propane (lpg)
When i turn on the hot tap i dont get any hot water as the boiler cuts out and gives the error code A01 which means ignition failure
There seems to be plenty of gas in the bottle so can anyone enlighten me as to what the problem could be?
The pilot light does ignite by the way
The boiler is an Ariston

Ariston what? They have made one or two boilers in their time.

Ha Ha i know that, i was looking for a model number and cant find it
It ruins on LPG and its about 2 yrs old
I will try to find out the model number

Right chaps, its an Ariston micro GENUS HE type c Boiler

These residential Sites often have a type of site management/landlord who employee a person to do jobs around the vans. I would give them a ring if you have one.

Some of the happiest people are those who live in mobile home parks!

But there are also a lot who are very disappointed with what they find out to be very difficult legal terms.

We dont actually live on a site as such, there are 4 of us here and one is the owner
Its a plot of land our landlord has that he's not allowed to build on
Although he's allowed 4 mobile homes the size of bungalows
Crazy eh?
