Hellocan anyone help me ?
My boiler switches on the pilot light is lit and the boiler sounds as if it is firing up but I am not getting hot water, what could the problem be?
Any advice would be appreciated

Give us a clue, is it a combi? if so has it a sight glass? If so can you see a nice little set of blue flames all evenly distributed in a square about 8inches by 8 inches or so? If so are the radiators getting warm instead? Diverter valve, need an expert. If not a nice little array of flames, boiler not ingiting, need and expert.

The boiler is a Baxi SoloWM50/4PF
Ithink the ignition flame is not coming on now so that must be the problem
I have an immersion heater but have no info on it and never needed to use it any advice as I need hot water now.
It is a Horstmann Maxistore ec 7 model
