Oil Bolier is fired, rads are hot , pipe going to tank is hot , but the hot feed leading from the tank to the taps is luke warm whereas the overflow pipe teeing off the feed as it enters the tank would take the skin off my fingers. The system has been working successfully for 12 years with no problems what could be making it behave like this now?
