No power at boiler

We have a Baxi 100 he plus which appears to have no power at the boiler ( after a 3 hour power cut ). There is power at the wall mounted timer controller but not one single light is on at the boiler and it does not fire.

Unfortunately I am sat at work trying to sort this over the phone with the wife - who is sat in a freezing house with the kids.

Is there anything obvious I might be missing ?

Has the timeclock has reset itself to 'factory settings', you may need to override these to tell it to power up the heating.

Any MCBs tripped on the consumer unit/ fuse board?
