sorry, still here. To get rid of the dirty water, do I have to drain the system?
 
Agile is right i think, your expansion vessel has burst, they can be upto about £100 for the part, thats causing the pressure variation you're seeing

Your pcb fuse has blown for a reason, could be fan, pump or the diverter i'd have thought

Not a cheap repair
 
EXV has not burst!

It probably just needs repressurising!

I think that £136 is a pretty reasonable repair cost!

replaced the fuses and its working fine up to now, will look at sorting the other bits soon. Thanks
 
You might see FAQ.

The failed motor has probably dried out but will blow the fuse again when the leaked water gets into it.
