I had to take two radiators off when decorating, and now that they are back on, I have a 0 pressure reading on my boiler, and no hot water.

The boiler is less than 3 years old and is the type with a digital readout on the front. I think it is the type with the built in fill point. I've taken a picture, but I can't post it until later as my gf has the USB cable and is at work. Don't ask!

I've rotated what I think is the correct valve, but nothing happened. Help!!!

If it was the correct valve, you would have heard water rushing into the system. Make sure you're not adjusting the gas service valve by mistake.

Cheers kev, found it and all is sweet now.

So should that isolator turn off my cold water? Cos there's a valve under my kitchen sink that turns off the hot water, but not the cold. Never been able to turn the cold water off.

Which seems a bit dangerous to me

the valve in the photo isolates the cold feed to the boiler

so no cold in no hot out the short answer is yes

if your not sure turn it off and see what dont work
