I have a Tado thermostat in my living room and Tado smart valves on the rest of the house which turns the heating on when the temp in the rooms gets too low. The radiator in the living room has no TRV so the living room gets Really hot when the bathroom is still cold. Is it ok to turn the living room radiator completely off? I plan on fitting a smart valve to the living room radiator before winter.

does the bathroom radiator have a trv ? if not then just close one of the valves on the living room radiator, if the bathroom does have a trv remove the head
