No water from hot taps - Baxi Bahama

Hi Guys

Quick question re. our ever-failing Baxi Bahama if you have a second

We have no water coming from our hot taps (i.e. no water - not even cold)

BG are about to replace the heat exchanger (again - it was last swapped 6 months ago maybe)

Does that sound reasonable ? (mainly asking coz apparently scale isn't covered and I have to pay the full whack !)

Last time they were strongly hinting that I needed to get a new boiler
