Any help would be handy when i try to go on my web site all i get is page not available .Last looked at site about 3 months a go and was ok then .I got my domain from 123 it was free for 3 yrs it is up next year.As of yet i have not paid any moneys out yet .Could it have been my hosting was free and has expired if so how do i find out who they are .

Yes i am john marsh .do not know what a control panel log in is .I will look at old e mails and come back .
Can not find any thing in my old emails . A friend of my son built my web site i will try and contact him tomorrow and see if he as any infomation
It appears to be a DNS problem. www.bathandwetrooms.co.uk does not appear to resolve to anything (the record doesn't appear to exist)

As with all free things you cannot count on them always being free and if they are withdrawn you cannot complain as you were not paying.
To my simplistic mind he needs to find a new hosting service!
