Nohot water from boiler

I am renovating a house and the vokera linea boiler is very old. I will be replacing it in two weeks. However, today i found out that no hot water is coming from the hot tap - no water at all.

Under the boiler are taps for the washing machine plumbing. Off the cold feed there is a blue tap and off the HW is a red tap. The cold works, but when you open the HW, no water comes out.

So my question is, does this boiler have a special isolator valve which stops the HW from coming out ? I cannot see anything.

Any ideas on why no water is coming out of the HW feed ?

Black valve on right hand side should be pointing down(I think) has writing in it that would be the 1st place to look

Three position tap, whichever way the writing is the right way up is the position of the tap. Boiler ON, Fill, Off.

Hope you're replacing it with another Vokera.

swapping for a viessman. Pipe work needs swapping around, but easy to service.
