Noisy ball valve

Hello all, i wonder if i could have a census of opinion on my problem?
When we use our hot water the brass ball valve in the loft vibrates the house out.
I have changed it out once for another brass one and that started doing the same thing 6 months later.
Do you think we have another problem or do you think changing it out for a plastic one might help?

since the replacement worked for 6 months without problem, try another replacement either brass or plastic shouldn't make a difference.

doesn't sound like there's anything sinister going on, just unlucky. keep the old valve and take it apart at your leisure to see if you can identify why a fault developed.

Thanks Swidders i will try another. I did take the old one apart as it happens and all i could put it down to was limescale ?
