noisy boiler with low hot water pressure

Hi. Yesterday I reinstalled a rad after decorating. Refilled system bled rads. Had to bleed pump a little and all seemed fine until I turned the hit water on. I now get a loud moaning sound from the boiler and the hot water pressure seems lower than before. Also the boiler stops burning for a few secs every minute or so obviously wither the water going cold. The boiler is a heatline about 5 year old not sure which model but 24 seems to ring a bell I will dig the paperwork out to check

could this be air in the heat exchanger if so any ideas of how to bleed it.
