Noisy Glowwarm boiler

I have a Glowwarm wall mounted boiler, on the ground floor.

It still works fine, but has started making noise - a continuous low hum/drone that can be heard through the whole house (particularly noticeable at night when the house is quiet).

It doesn't make any difference whether the boiler is fired up or not, the noise continues regardless, even when on standby.

Any comments or advice gratefully received on how to solve this problem!

Does it stop if you turn off it's electric supply?

Haven't tried turning off the power. Do you think that this will solve the problem or just confirm it as being boiler driven?
