Whenever I use the toilet once it is flushed there is a fog horn noise. Sometines quiet, sometines loud. It even confuses me by not making a sound at all sometines. It sdoesn't even stop when teh tap is turned on. Help, i am CONFUSED!!

Check your ball valve in the toilet/tank. Might need the washer(s) changing
