Is there any reason I shouldn’t use some foil/bubble wrap/foil/bubble wrap/foil stuff instead of a breathable membrane under the tiles on a porch roof?

The rafters are 6x2 with 100mm Celotex between them and 25mm under them. Tiles are a Marley double Roman. The porch will have a small radiator and is about 2.5 x 1.2 mtrs in size.

I’m wondering if it might attract damp more than a proper membrane.
