non drip versus liquid gloss

I have used both and I must say I prefer the liquid gloss, painting with non drip is a bit like trying to push your brush into jelly. If your are glossing skirtings etc white, use Rustins radiator enamel, gives a great finish and never yellows unlike some of the 'non-yellowing' gloss paints!
 
Now that sounds interesting. I have never heard of this product, where can I get it? Presumably it can be used on any woodwork?
