Non-slip Floor Paint

Hello everybody,
I have a small concreted front garden that is painted a lovely grey with floor paint. In the rain it becomes a bit of a death trap. My girlfriend treats patients from home and the last thing she wants is someone falling **** over ***.
I think my only option is to redo it. Does the old stuff need to be scraped off?
Can anyone recommend a make of non-slip floor paint.
I realise I will have a limited choice of colours.

Type in Anti slip tape in google, quite a few there, here one of them.

You can get anti-slip paint but these tapes are good or you could do both!
