Decking paint

i am looking to tidy up my decking in the back garden as over winter it has had a lot of green off the trees and became like an ice rink. I have power washed it but it's now quite patchy so it will require a coat of paint.

What is the best non slip paint to use?
What are the "in" colours this year?

Am I just as well buying from b&q or are the trade stores better?
