Feel like giving up on adding line to our Black and Decker ART27 strimmer.

Used 6m of 1.6km as per manual. Just continually gets stuck on the spool after a few seconds. Sometimes recovers after a further few seconds only to quickly stop again. Note this is not the issue of line constantly breaking. (Don't think it is)

Any advice would be much appreciated.
