Not Getting Hot Enough!

That could simply be down to a flow issue, where were you getting the temps from?
I only measured the pipes or radiators using an infared thermometer (with tape on the pipes).

Anyway, point taken. Have the boiler serviced/checked if I want but don't expect that to fix the underlying flow problem. Currently waiting for my plumber to give me dates to work on it. I will report back when I know more.

Thanks again for all the comments.

The Boiler is 'Short Cycling' simply as the system is not dispersing the Heated Water away quickly enough. Once the water within the Boiler reaches set temperature, the Boiler will switch off the burner to prevent overheating, it's relying on the pump to move the water through and away to the Radiators/Cylinder as required. Once enough water has been dissipated and the temperature in the Jacket/Heat exchanger drops sufficiently, the Boiler then fires again. Cycle repeats.

Boiler Service, whilst critical to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Boiler, Flue, etc, wont have any bearing on a blocked system.
