Hi Guys

I am new to the forum and wondered if you can help please

We have a Gainsborough 10.5 shower, it has been fine for the 2 years it has been installed all done by up to date regs etc.
It has now started to play up on switching on it heats up fine, so I have my shower then I try to swith off and the water won't stop.

Any ideas on this would be helpful, thanks in advance.

what model ?

most cases depending on what model it is, if it's one with a pcb it's the relay sticking and not shutting the solenoild valve.

OH says there's no solenoid
