Fair doos I take your word. Someone was saying the other day that Nigel Mansel was a horrible git. Very hard to say unless you have met them.

Nigel Mansell is one of the the nicest blokes you could ever meet if you could help his career or feed his ego.
He is not only one of the BEST formula 1 drivers this nation has ever produced, he is also one of our most biggest big headed narcissists & self promotors that ever existed.
When he considers himself 'off duty', then he can be rather nice, gentile & charismatic.
There is a place in the Med where Dork & Nigel used to be close neighbours, in that place he considered us equals & he was never anything other than the perfect host or guest.
There are 2x sides to Nigel & I'm glad that I only ever met the good side.
RIP Phil Bennett, Wales and Lions fly-half.
