I am after a few quotes from trade people for some work replacing rotten flooring in a bathroom followed by a reboarding of stud walls, tiling and installing and plumbing in a new bathroom suite ( shower, basin, toilet, bath).
The bathroom is pretty much already stripped back. The previous shower had leaked over a number of years and the chipboard is rotten and needs replacing (see my other posts on here if you want details of that)
The job is in Nottingham.
