I live in an apartment building. I therefore have no driveway, yard, garage or any well-ventilated area of any kind to complete a table stripping and refinishing project. Any suggestions?

Check with refinishers maybe they know of a product with a low smell,nontoxic,waterbase you can do on a plastic sheet in your apartment.
