Yes, the lid has sections that close off unused ways. If you use two opposing entries, line up the number two with them both, and the two unused entries will be blanked.

Indeed, as they also ignore the fact that there is no strain relief in those boxes and yet fail to screw the boxes to backgrounds and clip cables. But hey, you can't tell some people…..
