Ocean Alpha 240 eco

I just replaced the DHW heat exchanger and set the selector switch to O, as opposed to 'Heating and Water' or just 'Water' I know cannot start the pilot light. I then notice that I probably should not have done this as the boiler cover has a note suggesting one does not do this and refers me to the user instructions.

Can someone help with advice on what to do or send me a 'User Instruction' manual
