Odd bathroom sink..?

I've bought a (slightly fancy) sink for our bathroom, but the tap fittings are confusing me. The sink has three holes; two for the tap handles and one for the spout. There is what looks like a weird flexi that fits to all three underneath, but the diagram has been photocopied so many times it's useless. I can get the flexi into the right position but can't believe it just slots on because I'm sure it wouldn't be watertight. Has anyone seen this sort of thing before? I'd really appreciate any help. It's a similar arrangement to the below...

Hey, the picture worked!

Has anyone fitted a sink like this before?

photograph the tap parts if you can.

Have you asked the supplier yet?

This is the connector. Has anyone out there fitted one of these?

How's that! (I'm getting good at this! )

Has anyone fitted one of these? As you can see from one of the pictures I can slide it on, but what worries me is that it doesn't seem to be water-tight. The sink's heavy, I want to assemble the fittings before I put it on the wall.

As Dr. Dolittle would say, " Well I ain't seen anything like it in my life! ". Must be foreign rubbish. One of the regular Uber-plumbers might have come across something like it. A picture of the taps with the flexi connection removed might help.

I had to look up "uber" , but are there any uber-plumbers who've fitted one of these? I just can't see how it can be water-tight.

Quality pure quality!!

I dont know how they manage to sell these sh#te fittings at such a price!!

Uber kazi Deutchenpluggen....Gott Enamel , I`ve not fitted owt` like it in 37 years  .......seen a few proper versions from Basins of the 1960s.

You've upset me now  <kidding>

It must work I suppose. It'll be the old trusty trial and error and a few towels then!

Thanks anyway fellas.
