Never found Reginald D Hunter particularly funny, i think he played up the "is it cos i is Black" stereotype too much.
However his case raises interesting issues about the abuse of the criminal justice system by groups like the CAA.

Reginald Hunters case isn't an isolated one, I believe the CAA have toytown Nazi Nick Griffin up on a charge, apparently he posted an image of a spider with the Star of David on its head.

What the public should be concerned about is the growth of a parallel legal system, i suppose it could described as a two tier system, one public and the other private.

The idea that any UK citizen can be forced into court by anonymous entities using front organisations like the CCA, should be of concern to anyone who believes in equality before the law.

Anyone can prosecute anyone else, but normally it's left to the CPS. This is what The Post Office were doing when they prosecuted the sub-postmasters.

The quotes in the transcript sound like comedy to me, but it's impossible to tell without the context. I suspect that the statements were made where the subject was already about jews, his point was that the issue was that they were a liar not that they were a jew. If so then it's fine, but I think they're attempting to portray it as him saying that all jews are liars.

The ruling at the end is very blunt and tells them to clear off.

The CAA are playing right into the hands of those who claim that Jews invisibly control the world from behind the scenes with this sort of lawfare.
