Office wall structure

I'm planning on building a garden office and after a bit of research this is how I plan to make up the walls. My questions is do I need a vapor barrier as well as the breathable membrane or does the Thermaline handle this? Also do I need to add anything to the studs the plasterboard is being attached to so as to avoid cold spots.
