i have a worcester bosch boiler, starts perfectly, but cycles on/off all the time! any ideas? changed pump, old pump needle pulsed at 120psi, new one is stable but still cycles, reduced air intake and this has helped a little.

Do you mean that the burner is running, then cuts out, then relights without going to lockout?
This sounds to be a lack of air problem, maybe caused by the boiler being sooted up....adjusting things without a smoke test and gas analysis could give further problems.
