Oil central heating issue, Radiator actuator keeps switching off!!

I changed from an old style drayton to a drayton lifestyle lp522. I think the problem is here but not sure excatly what/how. If I switch the ch switch live into the hw switch live in the programmer, the heating works when hot water is turned on the programmer. Theres four cables coming to the programmer, permanent live, neutral, switch live radiators and switch live hot water so not sure what the issue could be
