oil pump u/s due to water need advice thanks

Oil tech came out and had to replace pump due to water in it. Had all pipes replaced 50 liters of oil drained out of bottom of tank all clear of water. Burner been runningfor a day but next day won't start up again due to more water. Tanks fine no cracks and its plastic. Any one no why i am getting water in it. Thanks
