Yes, 75. I would not expect the surface temperature to exceed 75 degrees C.
I have a 9 fin Dimplex "De Vielle" with 4 settings. (Off), 800W,1200W&2000W, When I ran it on test 12 years ago on its max 2000W setting, it averaged 1500W with the TCO cutting in/out occasionally, it was certainly operating well above 75C as the rad surface temperature used to reach 110C.

| Heater will run continuously at both settings. | ||
