Oil tank value + how to extract oil

I am selling a 1250l double sealed oil tank, that is in good nick and only about 5 years old. Could anyone please give me an outline price to expect please?

Also, I have around 500 litres in there, that I need to remove. Any (sensible) extraction and transportation suggestions? The local oil dealer won't buy it back, but I'm sure someone in my area will!
