I have a square of old lino from the 50's under the toilet in my bathroom, the rest is floorboards. The vinyl laid over the boards and lino square more than 15 years ago had turned yellow in the area of the lino square. I am replacing the vinyl now but cant lift the old lino square, it is really stuck down. Is there anything i can clean or seal it with to prevent any leaching through to the new vinyl?
