We are having our system changed this week to a combi boiler.

Therfore the plumbers will be removing the old hot water tank (I think they said it is a 35Litre tank).

Should I ask to keep this and then take it to a local copper merchant? Are they worth anything?

Cheers,

Chris

yes run it in to the scrappy
you don't need to ask to keep it, it's yours anyway.

wow that was quick. Thanks very much. I'll make sure they don't take it away. Hopefully I'll get a couple of quid. I'm also going to try and sell our old shower pump on e-bay!
Don't suppose anyone wants an old Concord WRS boiler (dated early 80s) do they??!! In good working order!
