Hi the paint on the old part of my House when there is rain or just moister in the air, it creates large bubbles ,the when the weather is dry its ok,but flakes off.i have last year on dry days scraped and wire brushed the wall then repainted with extria paint.
sounds like the paint is not adhering to the wall did you use any form of sealer/ undercoat before painting, also the walls need to be completly sanded or cleaned to allow to adhere. again also if the walls are timber maybe moisture is being retained from the conditions once again a sealer would needed to be used if your using aryclics switch to oil based

Good day Mate scraped of the flaky paint now going to try stabliser,when we get a dry day, the wall is a outsde sand/cement renderd,only bubbles when it damp outside.
