I too have one cold radiator on my pressurised system.

Not only is the Rad cold but the two or three inches of vertical pipe that lead up to the TRV (which I have checked is not stuck) is cold also. The pipe is hot along the horizontal and it leads onto to another rad 'further down the line' if you like, which works fine.

I am guessing there must be some kind of blockage in the pipe? If so what can I do, I assume it is a system drain etc.

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm hoping i'm missing something obvious.

have you checked the other rad valve, even if the TRV is working ok & is open no water will pass through the rad if the other valve is blocked or stuck closed, i would remove the rad & flush it out (if poss) & while it is off open the TRV & the other rad valve to see if any water comes through into a bucket or similar obvioulsy keeping an eye on the pressure in the boiler. my guess is its the TRV as they do stick especially at this time of year when the rads have not been on for a while through the summer.
