One cold radiator

In my house which is about 5 years old I have one cold radiator upstairs but the rest of the radiators are heating up fine.

I have tried bleeding it, was there for about 45 mins (just water coming out no air) and was starting to get hot at the top so I stopped but now back to stone cold again???!!!!

Any advice appreciated.

Try turning both ends of the rad "on"
