I have one cold radiator upstairs and all the rest in the house including the other two upstairs ones are hot. I have tried to bleed it but it just has cold water coming out. both the pipes running into and out of the radiator are also cold. I have simple open and shut radiador valves fitted which seem to be winding correctly. Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance.

For the love of God, why don't people post a sensible amount of information?

shut the others till that one gets hot then re-open them.
just count turns on each valve so you can put them back in same place.
