Since a few years we have a solar hot water system and it works fine. But the hot water tap above the vanity in the bathroom often blocks and doesn't give hot water. This can last a few hours or a few days, but the hot water always comes back. All other taps don't have this problem.
Does anyone know what can cause this problem and what we can do about it?
We live in Australia, maybe that makes a difference in how to answer the question.
