I live in a 3 bed bungalow and have 8 radiators throughout, the biggest one in the kitchen is cold when heating is on and slightly warm at the bottom, does this need bled ?
One Radiator hot at bottom cold halfway up

Turn the heating off,bleed the rad and away you go.
