opening a faulty washer dryer

i have a servis washer dryer which blew my electrics today and when switched back on made a terrible noise and nearly took off.
i have phoned the people who i got the machine off as it is still in warranty but servis have gone into liquidation so i have to await a decision in the meantime have wet clothes in machine. i have drained it but it will still not open
can anyone help

first remove lid and put you hand down to the inside of mc ,on the inside of door lock is a release button push it and it should open ,or you can put a piece of string round the door at 3 oclock and push it in then pull it towards the left of mc so it releases door catch MAKE SURE YOU UNPLUG MC BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER MC
