Opening up a victorian fireplace - brick arch lintel concerns

Hi everyone, first time posting anything after scouring forums and struggling to find our exact situation.
We have undertaken the job of opening up two of the fireplaces in our end of terraced victorian house. The first went well and will have a long burner installed. The second however (pictured) will simply be replastered to give us some more floorspace.
When knocking through this one the brick arch lintel is very loose and wobbly. This terrified me slightly. Is this a serious problem/risk? I can see there seems to be another arch above this one. Is this the actual lintel and the loose one below is a 'fake' lintel. I'm not sure if that's even a thing. Any advice very welcome. Thanks

No, it's not serious. Just point in some mortar above the lintel and plaster over.
