Hi all,
Ive a four year old Baxi 800 and am looking to fit an opentherm controller and stat.
Its a simple central heating with priority domestic hot water set up. Single zone for CH
Would like to be able to have different set temps for both CH and DHW
Baxi have their own (Baxi U Sense) but its a wired system and would prefer totally wireless one.

Can anyone suggest and recommend a decent Opentherm cont that works well with the Baxi. Have spoken with Baxi and they tell me the 800 is fully Opentherm compliant.
Thanks in advance
J

Posters before have suggested EPH or Honeywell EvoHome controls for OpenTherm. But I have no idea how well they work with Baxi.

Hi MNW67
Thanks for the reply.
Been looking into it a little further recently and can see some folks say the version 1 Baxi i have is not always fully compatible. Some times it is, but then sometimes it isn't.

Spoken with Baxi tech they simply say its "opentherm compliant" but then they would.

I think you pays your money and take your chances. Not the best of ideas !
