As the kids are small you may be able to split the bottom bedroom similar to the below and keep the bathroom where it is

If I've got the scale roughly correct they shouldn't be too small rooms (single beds in blue for scale) Storage in red.

This is an interesting thing for us to consider, not sure if the front two rooms would become too small as children grow but one for us to think about / thanks for this different consideration
