Hi,
I'm getting to the finishing stages of my extension and need to decide on a floor covering.
I have had a liquid screed floor laid and sanded which is pretty flat and there is underfloor heating installed.
Has anyone got experience of Karndean Looselay? The extension doesn't get any direct sunlight on the floor as its north facing (I have heard of boards expanding under heavy sun light)
Although loose lay is expensive it seems an advantage if a board gets damaged it can be replaced easily.
Any other types of flooring I should consider? Ideally needs to be water / dirt resistant as the extension leads to the garden.
Thanks!
